RESEÑA: OPAL DE JENNIFER L. ARMENTROUT (LUX #3)
SINOPSIS: No hay nadie como Daemon Black.

Con cada paso que damos para desvelar la verdad nos acercamos más a la organización secreta responsable de torturar y someter a experimentos a los híbridos, y me doy cuenta de que mis habilidades son mucho mayores de lo que imaginaba.
Recibimos ayuda de quien menos esperábamos y los amigos se convierten en enemigos. Pero jamás nos rendiremos. Aunque esto implique que nuestro mundo acabe hecho añicos para siempre. Juntos somos más fuertes. Y lo saben.
Este es el tercer libro de la saga Lux y, como siempre, la autora no decepciona. Este libro es igual de bello y emocionante que los anteriores, aunque esta vez hay más romance a cambio de menos acción.
Me ha gustado mucho cómo la autora maneja la relación entre Daemon y Katy en este tercer volumen. Está claro que no podían seguir siempre peleándose y manteniendo ese constante tira y afloja entre ellos, pero reconozco que me daba un poco de miedo que, por el contrario, ambos cambiasen demasiado y se volviesen excesivamente dulzones cosa que, por suerte, no ha ocurrido.
Conoceremos a nuevos personajes, aparecerán algunos de los antiguos, nos mantendremos en vilo a la espera de ver qué pasa entre algunas amistades, así como de que la relación entre los personajes principales siga avanzando… y finalmente, nos ofrecen uno de esos finales que te deja… te deja mal, así a secas.
En fin, no puedo esperar a tener en cuarto libro en mis manos. La escritura de la autora es divertida, dulce y emocionante, perfecta para cada escena.
La Saga LUX no es lo que elegirías para leer normalmente por el tema de los extraterrestres y eso, pero que eso no te asuste. Jennifer L. Armentrout ha creado la historia perfecta para este tema. Es una historia que debes leer sin importar tu inseguridad en el tema de los alienígenas. Incluso a mí (que jamás leería un libro de aliens y eso), terminé amando con todo mi corazón esta historia. Créanme cuando la recomiendo.

This is the third book of the LUX Series and, as usual, the author doesn't disappoint us. This book is as gorgeous and exciting as the previous ones, but this time there's more romance instead of action. However, action is still there, breathtaking.
I've liked how the author manages the relationship between Daemon and Katy in this third book. It's clear that they couldn't just fight all the time. The author's writing is funny, cute and exciting, perfect for each scene.
We'll get to know some new character, some old ones will reappear, we'll die to know what will happen to some friendships... and, finally, Jennifer L. Armentrout will give us an ending that will leave us with a broken heart. Perhaps we can all coordinate and knock on her door and punish her for such a cruelty.
However, I can't wait to have the fourth book in my hands.
***The LUX Series isn't what you'll just go and choose to read, because of this thing with aliens and so, but don't let that scare you. Jennifer L. Armentrout has created the perfect story for this theme. It's a story you must read no matter your insecurity. Even I was attracted to this (me, the alien-bookish-hater-and-so), but I ended up loving this novel. Believe me when I recommend it to you.***
